Copyright, Trademarks, and Limitations on Use

Artwork

The owners of Midnight Passions created all the drawings, images and maps used within the site of Midnight Passions, and these images are copyrighted to them. The exception to this is work and artwork used within the Character Chambers and Realm sections and member submitted pages to the Tomes of Reference. On those pages, our members, in creating their personal webpages, use images from a variety of sources. We do not want to challenge the true artists of these works, we are just fans. When our members can, they will note the true artist of a work and establish a link to their pages. In our Links section, you will find listed the Official Websites of various artists some have used.

*If you are the artist of an image you do not want used on Midnight Passions, or that you wish to have a link to your site added to, please contact us with proof of ownership and we will be happy to accommodate you.
